Contact and exchange QSO information with as many stations as possible.
        With the  same station, only one QSO is allowed per band.

  
2. Contest Period:
      
The fourth full weekend of May
      
In 2026, starting Saturday, 23 at 12:00 UTC until Sunday 24,  at 11:59:59 UTC. (24 hours)

   3. Mode: SSB 

   4. Bands: 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10m      
       Changing bands can only be changed after a break of at least 5 minutes.
       For non-compliance with this provision of the competition regulations, the penalty applied each time will be 1% of the total score obtained.

6. Categories: (one or more of the categories below must be specified at the top of the contest log) :
      
M-HP, M-LP, M-80m, M-40m, M-20m, M-15m, M-10m, SO-HP, SO-LP, SO-80m, SO-40m, SO-20m, SO-15m, SO-10m, C&T, SWL, CL.       
       Club stations and teams cannot participate in category M.
       
Competitors who wish to participate in the M categories but are not part of any club organizes SSB contests will go to the CLUB paragraph
       of the PSCC#1000 contest log and will imediately become members of the PRO SSB CONTEST CLUB. Membership in the PSCC does not imply
       any obligations, and on this way the PSCC comes to the aid of radio amateurs who are not members of any club organizing SSB contests.  

      
Competitors in all M categories may also opt for one or more of the M-SB categories below if they have made a total of at least 320
       valid QSOs, and in each category at least 160 valid QSOs, which will will be confirmed following verification of the contest logs. 
      

       Competitors from all M categories at the beginning of the QSO will transmit RS + serial number starting with 001Members
       (ex. 59 001Members)
and in the contest log, members will write 59  001M  and not otherwise. 
    

       M-HP  = members of any special SSB club, multiband ( at least 2 confirmed bands), a single TX, High Power, any authorized power greater than 50 Watts        
   

       M-LP  = members of any special SSB club, multiband ( at least 2 confirmed bands), a single TX, Low Power, ( up to 50 Watts )

Competitors in all SO categories may also opt for one or more of the SO-SB categories below if they have made a total of at least 320

C&T  = All club stations regardless of the number of operators and bands, as well as teams operated from the same location
       who will use a single callsign and TX on all bands, and the power is the authorized one.
       These stations can only participate in the C&T category, otherwise they will be included in the Check Log (CL) list
              
       It is transmitted RS + serial number starting with 001 (E.g. 59 001).
  
      
       SWL   = Short Wave Listeners, All bands
       If the SWL log contains the same callsign on a band more than once, the SWL station will be penalized.

   7. Contest Exchange:
        Non members should send RS  + serial number, starting with 001 for the first contact. E.g. 59 001
        Members of any SSB club, send RS + 001Members    ( E.g 59  001M ). In the Cabrillo log please use following syntax : 59 001M and not otherwise.
        See the imaginary logs below. Only in this format will the evaluation program grant the corresponding bonus.

      8. Scoring:               
          QSO Points: 
          For QSO with own DXCC country: 1 point;
          For QSO with another DXCC country: 2 points;
          For QSO with CW-club members (M category), non-members receive : 2 points extra-bonus;
          For QSO between two CW-Club members (M category), they receive: 6 points extra-bonus.
 
       
   Multiplier:
          Each different prefix worked will count one (1) multiplier on each band,  except all prefixes from own DXCC
          country who do not count as a multiplier. 
          The final score is the result of the total QSO points on all bands multiplied with the sum of multipliers on all bands.             

          No need to calculate the score.This will done by the referee software.
 

     9. Prize
         
Shortly after the publication of the results, the certificates in PDF format will be found on the website of the contest at the
          PCC RESULT ARCHIVE
for downloading and printing.

     10. Logs Instructions:             
           The deadline for sending logs is Sunday, May 31, 2026 until 20:00 UTC  
           Regardless of the number of categories participated in, only one contest log will be sent attached to the email.

           Only electronic logs, Cabrillo log format preferred. Times must be in UTC. 
           All sent and received exchanges are to be logged. PSC will be made with total computerized control followed by each QSO computerized
           analysis. All SO category entrants must clearly indicate the category power in the log.  If no power category is mentioned in the log and
           there are QSO's in several bands, the competitors will be automatically moved to SO-HP, M or C&T category as appropriate.
           EMAIL: The subject line of your email entry must include your callsign and category or categories.
           e.g. Subject: YO0YYY (SO-LP)  or YO0WWW (SO-HP & SO-40m).
and not otherwise.
          
The file name of the attached log will only be in the form : YR0XXX.cbr or YO0YYY.log  and not otherwise.

  The header of the contest log must contain one or more of the categories specified below in the contest rules :
         M, M-80m, M-40m, M-20m, M-15m, M-10m, SO-HP, SO-LP, SO-80m, SO-40m, SO-20m, SO-15m, SO-10m, C&T, SWL, CL.
         If this is not mentioned and the log contains QSO's in more than one bands, that competitor will be upgraded to the SOHP, M or MO category as appropriate.
         Logs submitted after the set deadline will be included in the NO LOG list and will not be checked.
         PCC uses total computerized control to check each QSO. Prizes will be sent to the mailing adress specified in the Cabrillo log.
         If the header of the Cabrillo log not contain the EMAIL address, the competitor cannot receive the CLAIM and UBN files, and if the postal address specified
         is incomplete or does not exist, he will not receive the prize obtained.
         Contestans from the M category will indicate the CLUB (specific to the SSB mode) with Nr. by Member. (e.g. PSCC #1000) without which he will not be
         inclded in the ranking. D
on't forget to set your computer's clock before the Contest starts!
         Logs will be sent only once to: ssb@proradiocontestclub.com . Please also follow the RECEIVED LOGS page.
         If after 72 hours (but not sooner) you have not received your CLAIM file, please send the log again.
         If you send a new corrected or completed log, the address for it is: corrected-logs@proradiocontestclub.com , and in the respective email to specify what the
         changes consist of.
         With the publication of the final result, no further changes are made to the result unless refereeing mistakes or non-compliance with the regulation are found.
         After this date, please do not send the log because the activity of making the provisional ranking has started.

          N1MM Loger+ using the PRO-CW-Contest (PCC)module in USER DEFINED CONTESTS for  PCC , PSC and PDC (RTTY and BPSK only)     
          TR4W  and DXLog                                                                
          You can use any contest program for SSB mode, but do not forget to enter in the log file, the name of the contest (PSC)
          and the
abbreviations "M" when it's the case, otherwise you lose points (example 59 001M.  It is not necessary to declare the score. 
        
   
11. Arbitration:
         
Dupes are contacts made with the same station on the same band. If the first contact between stations is valid, dupes
          have zero points value. If the first contact is not valid, second  (dupe) contact is accepted. Dupe contacts are not penalized,
          so DUPES should not be marked or deleted.
          If a competitor opts for a category to which the rules do not allow, the referee has the right to change the category according to the regulation.
          I
f the Band or Mode differ from the correspondent's log, the QSO will be canceled,
        - the penalty for not respecting the 5 minutes break when changing bands
will affect the final total score with 1% each time,
          and you can find the list of penalties by clicking on the penalty score specified in the ranking.
       
- competitors who obtain 0 (zero) points are included in the Check Log (CL) list.
   

   12. Disqualification
      
- For imaginary log and clear repetitive and intentional violation of the contest rules, especially for using 2 signals at the same time, the log will be included in the CL.
        
- If a competitor's penalty represents more than 50% of the total score obtained, he will be disqualified and the log will be included in the CL.

. The Result of the contest:

        
The Provisional result will be posted on the site: www.proradiocontestclub.com , by Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10:00 UTC.
         
        
If the EMAIL address was entered at the beginning of the contest log, all competitors will receive the CLAIM file after the log is verified and
         UBN a
fter the provisional results is declared. (for EMAIL not E-MAIL, not ADDRESS).
         Appeals will only concern possible refereeing errors and will be resolved by Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 20:00 UTC
         The final ranking is definitive and will be posted by Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 10:00 UTC.

         The prizes for PCC will be sent only once, usually in the months of March - April next year to the postal addresses specified in the log.             

         The prizes intended for radio amateurs from RUSSIA or BELARUS will be sent only if the winning competitor communicates to me by February 15th of the
         next year the address of a friend who is domiciled in one of the countries of the European Community to whom the prize can be sent.
         In the past editions, some of the prizes were returned, and others were lost.
